Good news for all the Eraserheads fans out there! Ely Buendia, the band’s vocalist had said in an interview that the band is now here to stay!
The good news broke out during the closing credits of their documentary film’s special screening, “Eraserheads: Combo on the Run” this March 20, Thursday, in Gateway Cinema 5, Atmos, Cubao, Quezon City.
“I guess this is for the fans again. You wanted more. By this time, I think tama na yung reunion-reunion na yan.” Ely said while having the talkback session of the documentary screening.
“Wala nang huling Huling El Bimbo. We’re here to stay.” He added.
Eraserheads was formed way back in 1989 on UP Diliman with their members Ely Buendia, Raymund Marasigan, Marcus Adoro, at Buddy Zabala.
“Eraserheads: Combo on the Run” is now showing, starting today, March 21 until March 23 in all cinemas nationwide.
