Global K-pop sensation BTS is officially coming back to the Philippines in 2027, marking the group’s first full-member concert in the country in nearly a decade.
BigHit Music confirmed Manila as one of the stops for BTS’ upcoming world tour through its official social media accounts on Tuesday. The group is set to perform on March 13 and 14, 2027, sending Filipino ARMY into celebration online.
While details on the concert venue and ticket sales have yet to be announced, promoter Live Nation Philippines assured fans that further information will be released soon.
BTS last performed as a complete group in Manila in May 2017, when they brought their “BTS Live Trilogy Episode III: The Wings Tour” to the SM Mall of Asia Arena. Meanwhile, J-hope went to the Philippines in April 2025 for his two-day show, Hope on the Stage.
Though the group has not returned to the Philippines as a unit in recent years, Filipino fans have remained fiercely supportive, rallying behind the members’ solo projects and global milestones. Their global dominance has only intensified, fueled by record-breaking releases and sold-out stadium tours across Asia, North America, and Europe.
Debuting in 2013, BTS is composed of Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V, and Jung Kook. The group is celebrated for blending hip-hop, pop, and disco sounds with deeply personal themes of youth, identity, and resilience. Their hit songs include “Dynamite,” “Butter,” “Boy With Luv,” “Fake Love,” and “Permission to Dance.”
For Filipino ARMYs, the 2027 Manila shows are more than just another tour stop; they’re a long-awaited reunion with a group whose global influence has only grown stronger over the years.
